Group Hand-building Classes: £115 for block of 3 classes.
Private Classes/ Bespoke classes: £46/hour for one person and £66/hour for two. The prices include clay & glaze costs, firing fees & share of venue hire. Payment in full is required at the time of booking as we have to buy the materials in advance. No refund can be given once a booking has been made. Please note that it’s currently not possible to offer for you to make up any paid classes should you be absent.

​​Group Hand-building​

Nancy Fuller's classes focus on hand-building techniques such as slab-working and coiling; suitable for those who wish to improve their skills as well as those who are completely new to working with clay.      ​                    ​​

​​​​​​​Throwing

Nancy is also running throwing classes for 1 - 3 people. Prices will vary due to set-up; whether one or both tutors will be present, which in turn depends on participant numbers and level of previous experience.  

Pinching and Coiling Workshop with Emma Smith and Nancy Fuller

at Momentum Pottery Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th April 2024

This is a unique creative opportunity to join visiting Canadian potter Emma Smith and local potter Nancy Fuller for a weekend course in a beautiful purpose-built studio in the scenic town of Alyth. Both potters specialise in wood-firing and hand-building and will share their individual ways of making and decorating. Try out the slow pace of pinching and coiling to get closer to the clay and learn skills which will enable you to work in the size that you want.

This course is for a small group of participants so book early to avoid disappointment. 

Times: Sat 27th & Sun 28th April 10 – 4pm
